      Too many broken balls

      There were ~2 dozen broken balls in one bag (difficult to count since so many were in fragments). Took over an hour to clean the balls. Haven't opened the 2nd bag yet, but looks like it may be a little better through the window. Both bags stuffed into an undersized box. Will not be ordering again.
