Q1) I want to trade my gun for another gun on your website, can I do that?
A1) Yes you can! Call, email, or instant chat with us. Let us know what type of gun you have and what type of gun you want to get. We'll then tell you how much trade credit you will get that can be applied towards the purchase of a new or used gun.
Q2) Do you offer a warranty with your used guns?
A2) All of our used guns come with a FREE 30 day warranty. If you have any trouble with your purchase simply return the gun to us and we will fix it for free. If we can't fix it we will give you full trade in credit towards another gun.
Q3) Can I trust Trademygun?
A3) YES! We have been in business since 2006 and have traded over 100,000 guns. We are a legitimate business and stand behind the products that we sell. We want you to trade with us again so we will always do the right thing!
Q4) How long does it take you to ship me my new gun?
A4) If you pay with a credit card by 2pm EST we will ship your order the same day. If you have a trade, we can normally get your new gun turned around to you on the same day that we receive your trade in.
