New Products That You Decide You No Longer Want:We understand the need to return products for a variety of reasons and offer all our customers a Hassle Free Return process. If for any reason you decide to return a New product*, simply ship your Item (in new unused condition with original tags and packaging) back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund (There is NO restocking fee). You are responsible to pay the return shipping to us. Simply send the item back, with your original
invoice included, and write “return for refund” on the invoice.
As a convenience to you, if needed we can provide a label to you and subtract it from the refund that you will receive. We give you this option because typically our rate is cheaper than going to the post office yourself.
*Please Note: If returning New Paintball Guns, they must not be aired up or turned on as this can put SHOTS on the shot counter. If you are returning a new paintball gun, it can be returned for an exchange FREE OF CHARGE (maybe you changed your mind on the color). New guns that are found to be aired up, or shot will be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange as this gun is now used, and can not be resold as New.**
New Products That Are the Wrong SIZE or COLOR:
We understand the need to return products due to an item not fitting correctly, or being the wrong color. For this we offer an exchange,(in new unused condition with original tags and packaging) return the item back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will re-ship you the correct size or color.** (There is NO restocking fee) You are responsible to pay the return shipping to us. New Products That Don't Work Properly or are DOA:
It has happened to all of us, we're getting ready to use that cool new shinny "toy" and all of a sudden it doesn't work properly! ughhh!! All of our New products come with a manufacturers warranty AND a TradeMyGun Hassle Free Warranty. If your new item is defective you can either send it to us (within 30 days of purchase) for a replacement or exchange, or you can contact the manufacturer directly and have them help you with the item.** This choice is entirely up to you. (THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE & WE PAY TO HAVE THE DOA ITEM RETURNED TO US)New Products that are returned to us by SHIPPING COMPANY:
New items that are "returned to sender" can be refunded. However, orders that are returned because of "bad address" or "unable to forward" will not be refunded the original postage or the return postage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that your address is properly typed, correct, and deliverable. We will issue the buyer a refund less the shipping costs incurred.
Used Products:Unless otherwise noted, all of our Used items come with a FREE 30 Day Warranty. Used items can not be returned for a refund but they can be returned for FREE repair, if something is wrong or goes wrong with the used item. This 30 day warranty will protect you in the event your used item has a problem within 30 days of purchase. If you are having a problem after the 30 days, please feel free to contact us and we'll do the best we can to help resolve the issue.
