Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do not
accept any returns, provide any refunds, or exchange any items purchased (or
traded) from Trademygun.
Service Policy on Used Markers:
We perform an extensive check on
all used markers prior to reselling the item. All used items work prior to
shipping. However, due to the nature of this equipment it is possible for
used items to stop working even after we certified the item as good.
Because of this we offer a 30 day service warranty on used markers. This
warranty is only valid when Trademygun authorized service technicians provide
the labor associated with fixing the marker. We will not pay for the
following: Shipping cost to us and back to you, any parts needed to fix
the marker, any expense that you may incur if you choose to have the marker
worked on by any outside company. We do pay for all labor (our labor)
needed to get the marker in working condition (a $25/hour value).
Warranty Policy
on New Guns and Loaders:
New items are not covered under
our 30 Day Service Policy that we give on our used guns. New items are
covered under the manufacturers warranty.

Questions:
Q1: I entered my trade-in information into the Calculator
but I can't checkout, why not?
A1: The trade-in calculator is just a reference tool.
If you want to actually trade in your gear, you need to click on the "Trade-In"
link, and then find your gear on the left side of the website and fill in the
appropriate attribute fields.
Q2: I can't find my paintball gun on your trade-in
website, what should I do?
A2: Send us an email with the details of your item and
we'll give you a quote.
Q3: Do you take anything else on trade other than
paintball items?
A3: Due to our increased volume, we can only accept paintball markers, hoppers, barrels, and tanks. If you don't find the item you have on our website please email us for a quote.
Q4: Why is it that your Traded Gun (Used Guns) inventory
goes way down on occasion?
A4: When we travel to events we take many of our used guns
with us. We remove them from our website because there's a good chance
that we will sell or trade the item at that event. Check our Event Info
page under "Help Center" to find our event schedule.
